1. What is the Old School Website Loyalty Program?
Our Loyalty Program is a points-based reward system that lets you earn points (redeemable as money) whenever you shop with us. You can use these points to get discounts on future purchases.

You earn points equivalent to 5% of your total order value. For instance, if your order value is ₹1000, you will earn 50 points (1 point = ₹1).

Points are credited to your account 14 days after your order is delivered. This waiting period helps us account for any returns or cancellations before finalizing the points.

4. Why is there a 14-day wait to get my points?
The 14-day waiting period ensures that any returns, exchanges, or cancellations are processed first. If an order is returned or canceled within this period, the corresponding points will be adjusted before being credited to your account.

Yes. Your points are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date they are credited to your account. Make sure to use them before they expire!

6. Is there a limit on how many points I can use at once?
No, there’s no cap on point usage. You can use as many (or as few) points as you want during checkout.

When you reach the checkout page, you will see an option to redeem your available points. Simply enter how many points you wish to use, and the equivalent amount will be deducted from your total.

8. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Currently, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Before points are credited (within 14 days): No points will be credited for that order, or they will be adjusted if it’s a partial return.

After points are credited: The corresponding points will be deducted from your account. If you’ve already spent those points, your account may reflect a negative balance or adjust future credits accordingly.

Log in to your Old School Website account and go to your "My Account" or "Rewards" section. There, you will see your current points balance, any pending (uncredited) points, and the expiration date for each batch of points.

11. Are taxes and shipping fees included when calculating my earned points?
Depending on the final implementation, points may be calculated on the subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping) or the final total. Please refer to the details in your order summary or contact customer support for clarity.

We’ll make every effort to notify you (via email or site notifications) before your points expire. However, it’s always best to check your account periodically to avoid losing points.
