Return Policy

Domestic Policy:

  • If you receive a product that has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, please inform our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving it and include supporting images to substantiate your claim. This will allow us to address your concern as quickly as possible.
  • For quality complaints regarding a product, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Old School cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery. Damages resulting from neglect, improper use, or incorrect application will not be covered under our exchange or return policy.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in a saleable condition, subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • All exchange and return requests will be checked and vetted by Old School.
    • Please note that we do not offer refunds once goods have been sold.

International Policy:

  • For international orders, if you receive a product that has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, please inform our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving it. Include supporting images and a clear description of the issue to allow us to address your concern promptly.
  • Quality complaints regarding international orders must be reported to Customer Care within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Return shipping costs for international orders must be borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders once products have been opened or used.
  • Old School is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by customs or local delivery services.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not offered for any domestic or international orders once goods have been sold.
  • All requests for returns or exchanges, whether domestic or international, will be reviewed and approved at Old School's discretion.
  • We recommend ensuring the package is securely packed and tracked during any return process for both domestic and international orders.

Return Process

At Old School, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, because opened or damaged products cannot be resold, we do not accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered.

If a product is damaged or of poor quality, we can only exchange it if it is reported within the specified timeframes as listed below:

Old School is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. We will not cover damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Product exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, undamaged, and subject to the following terms:

Requests for returns and exchanges will be subject to review and vetting by Old School.

No refunds will be issued once the goods have been sold.

Cancellation Policy


At Old School, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel an order. To ensure that you have the flexibility to do so, we offer the following cancellation policy.

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it on our website if the products in your order have not yet been dispatched. You can cancel your order through two mechanisms:

(i) By accessing your account on the Website; (ii) By contacting our customer support team only on working days.


If an order is not cancelled within one hour, we will not be able to cancel it. However, if you do cancel your order within the one-hour window, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.

Shipping Details

Each product in your order is first cushioned with a biodegradable material and then placed in a sturdy recyclable shipper box. The box is then taped and prepared for shipping.

  • All domestic orders are processed in 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 7 business days.
  • For international orders, processing may take 2-3 business days, and delivery typically occurs within 10-12 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

All our deliveries, both domestic and international, are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

The goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Old School takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and other import charges may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Charges

We ship products throughout India, and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping, except for free trial orders.

For international deliveries, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order. Delivery typically takes 10-12 business days, depending on customs clearance and local courier timelines.

International orders are packed with the same care as domestic orders, using biodegradable materials and sturdy recyclable boxes to ensure your products arrive safely.

Out of stock Items

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. Old School does not back order, that is, we do not accept orders that we cannot fulfill immediately.

Pricing Policy

The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without notice.

For domestic orders, all prices are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.

For international orders, prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. At checkout, you may see an estimated conversion to your local currency based on your payment provider's exchange rates. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be borne by the customer upon delivery.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at the time of shipping.

Our products are liable for GST in India.
