Return Policy
Domestic Policy:
- If you receive a product that has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, please inform our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving it and include supporting images to substantiate your claim. This will allow us to address your concern as quickly as possible.
- For quality complaints regarding a product, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Old School cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery. Damages resulting from neglect, improper use, or incorrect application will not be covered under our exchange or return policy.
- Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in a saleable condition, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All exchange and return requests will be checked and vetted by Old School.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds once goods have been sold.
International Policy:
- For international orders, if you receive a product that has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, please inform our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving it. Include supporting images and a clear description of the issue to allow us to address your concern promptly.
- Quality complaints regarding international orders must be reported to Customer Care within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Return shipping costs for international orders must be borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders once products have been opened or used.
- Old School is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are not offered for any domestic or international orders once goods have been sold.
- All requests for returns or exchanges, whether domestic or international, will be reviewed and approved at Old School's discretion.
- We recommend ensuring the package is securely packed and tracked during any return process for both domestic and international orders.
