Domestic Policy:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or tampered with during shipping, please inform our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Supporting images and the unboxing video must be shared via call or email within 24 hours to substantiate the claim.

Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, and in a saleable condition.

International Policy:
- For international orders, if you receive a product that has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, please inform our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving it. Include supporting images and a clear description of the issue to allow us to address your concern promptly.
