APSARA: THE STORY BEHIND THIS PRODUCT
As a little girl, Christmas had been Rosy's favourite time of the year; complete with fir trees covered in delicate glass baubles and tiny crocheted reindeers. Her home used to be filled with the aroma of the sweet spices that her mother put into everything; in the cakes, in the eggnog, and in the warm mulled wine served after dinner. In her new home, the air never gets too cold and Christmas does not look like a village covered in snow. But she still partakes in the festive spirit of the season. She recreates her mother's mulling blend with the finest of Kerala's raw spices and spends her December afternoons baking. Whatever is left after the baked goods and the wine gets infused with niacinamide— a gentler yet equally potent substitute for the more commonly used retinol—before being turned into a face serum that can be used all year, as a tribute to the memories she will always carry in her heart.
